Tanishka Goplani

Hi! I’m Tanishka Goplani and I am a junior studying pursuing a dual-degree in Bioengineering (Data Science) and Finance. With a passion for computational bioengineering and cardiology, I am in the Cardiac Systems Simulation (CardSS) Lab under Patrick Boyle. Most of my research focuses on creating machine learning models to improve cardiomyopathy prediction. Additionally, I am a part of the Nucleic Acid Extraction team within Bioengineers Without Borders, focusing on developing the electronics needed for a low-cost extraction device using CAD design and software engineering. In my spare time I love to play tennis, hit the slopes, and read thrilling books.
