Our goal is to use neural technologies to develop stimulation-based therapies to help restore function and mobility in people with neurological disorders such as stroke.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3838 wp-img\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.bioe.uw.edu\/yazdan-azadeh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2024\/03\/WearRedWesite.jpg\" alt=\"Nerd lab, wear red day yazdan lab\" width=\"2367\" height=\"919\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The lab is led by Dr. Azadeh Yazdan-Shahmorad and is part of the Departments of <a href=\"https:\/\/bioe.uw.edu\">Bioengineering<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ee.washington.edu\">Electrical and Computer Engineering<\/a> at the University of Washington.
