General-use classroom assignments are made by the University Registrar’s Time Scheduling Office approximately 1-2 months before students can register for courses. The academic program coordinator and the Curriculum Chair create the BIOE time schedule and request classrooms based on course size and need.
Starting with the Spring 2018 time schedule, all university departments will need to adhere to the new Learning Spaces Policy. This policy is meant to provide more teaching spaces for the increasing number of students on our Seattle campus. You can read the full report here.
Foege lab spaces may be used for Bioengineering courses schedule permitting, but Foege conference rooms may only be reserved for courses after 4:30 pm to accommodate for administrative need.
